The Lapauw Cart Washer washes, disinfects and dries carts, wheelchairs, beds, and more.
The Lapauw Cart Washer is a unit entirely built of stainless steel. It comes standard with an Omron PLC control that offers the advantage of programming the cycle to suit the required application. The unit is compact, quiet, and heat efficient.
This versatile washer is also available in a fully automatic version. An optional tilting of the carts and mobile sprinklers can further enhance the functionality of the unit. The Lapauw Cart Washer can be ordered in its barrier version or with loading and unloading of the carts on the same side.
The unit has the advantage of being very compact with all the necessary accessories built-in. Available from 1 to 40 carts/hour.
Working Principle:
Carts/beds are either placed on an automatic loading rail, or manually pushed into the cabin. The wash cycle starts according to the program selected. Once dried, the door opens and items are removed manually or automatically.Characteristics:
