Working Principle:

While in operation, the pump circulates thermal oil from the expansion tank to the heat exchanger and then through the chest.  The patented flexible low-volume chest allows for the oil to travel at a low pressure of 2.5 bar.  The entire system only requires about 19 gallons of oil per roll -- the lowest in the industry.

Elements:

Oil and Expansion Tank:
Reservoir where the oil is stored and where it can expand as its temperature increases
Circulation Pump:
Low pressure pump that circulates the oil throughout the system at approximately 2.5 bar (36 PSI)
Heat Exchanger:
Device used to transfer heat from the gas burner to the thermal fluid without bringing the fluid into direct contact with the heat source
Gas Burner:
Device that is automatically lighted to produce a flame
