Jean Michel's Mini Neptune is designed to feed flat linen from one to
five lanes and is easily installed in front of any ironer.
The unit increases production by at least 20 percent and as much as 70
percent. Although it can be used with both small and large items, the Mini
Neptune is most effective with napkins, bar towels, and pillowcases.
When feeding directly into an ironer, operators have to strip each item to
ensure proper feeding and decent quality. The Mini Neptune utilizes a vacuum
suction device designed to eliminate stripping and to free operators once
the linen is placed on the conveyor. The operators may use that spare time
to separate bulk laundry and prepare the next article to be fed, promoting
increased production.
A cart niche under the feeding conveyor provides easy access to the linen.
The Mini Neptune comes standard with auto-centering feeding rollers,
frequency inverter, speed synchronization, and vacuum control.
The unit is usually in stock and a three-week trial period is typically
granted.
