Working Principle:

The operator simply places the bundle on the table and hits a foot pedal to activates the strapping mechanism which places a 3/16 or 5/16" (5 or 8 mm) PP strap around the bundle. 

Characteristics:

• Cycle speed of up to 35 bundles/minute via footbar.
• Single cabinet and track size will accept bundles up to 31 ½" x 23 ½" (800x600mm).
• Precision single piece strap track for positive strap control and exceptional feed reliability with PP straps of 3/16 or 5/16" (5 or 8 mm).
• Innovative new strapping head features strap drive and sealer rotation driven by DC brushless motor technology. Cam driven strap gripper and cutter design with sealed bearing movement eliminates dust collection and reduces the servicing requirements of older systems. Horizontal heat knife movement reduces need for adjustments and lengthens heater life.
• Strap tension is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 50 Lbs. tension, the correct range for most bundling, box closing and mail tray strapping operations. The ROM includes Mosca’s “soft tension” capability when minimum tension is required.
• Laser cut components provide precision and operating reliability at lower cost than conventionally machined parts.
• Easily accessible front loading coil dispenser.
• Hinged, removable tabletop for fast, convenient access to the sealer area for cleaning or troubleshooting.
• Forms and ejects strap loops if accidentally cycled without a bundle. Avoids jamming.
• Two locking swivel casters and two fixed casters for easy mobility and positioning.
