The Triton folds and sorts ironed or tumble dried pieces such as towels, hospital gowns, pillow cases, and other items.  The primary folds are achieved by blasting air around two adjustable templates, which determine the width of the final product.  One or two crossfolds are performed by an airblast combined with a reversing conveyor.  The Triton sorts up to three articles onto a common conveyor.

• Before a primary Half fold, items must have the following dimensions:

  Length (min * max): 22” * 42”
• Thickness of the folded items before the crossfold can be up to 2”
• The finish folded items can have the following dimensions:
  Width (min * max): 5” * 15”
  Length (min * max): 10” * 20”

• Hinged panels are located on top of unit for easy access
