This unit allows for one operator to feed the total width of an ironer with rolled towels. Its centering device ensures a perfect feeding to the ironer and high quality rolls.
Working Principle:
An operator drops the continuous roll towels (CRT's) in a pit or in the unit's container while holding one edge. The towel is then passed between two bars for perfect stretching of the linen. Each lane is separated by two sheets of metal to ensure proper guidance. A triangular-shaped wooden beam continuously beats the linen as it is being fed.Characteristics:
