Before you proceed, we'd like to share a few time-saving pointers:
- Registering an account is not mandatory but doing so makes it possible to view past order, track the status of open orders and quickly place new orders
- The "Search" feature will return items across all brands available. To search for a specific brand, type it in the search box. For example, searching for the word "bearing" will return all bearings while searching for "Lapauw bearing" will first return bearings for Lapauw equipment (sorting by relevance must be selected)
- It is recommended to sort search results by relevance, however, they can also be sorted by date added, price, or name
- There are three possible ways to view search results; grid, list or table. The list view is probably the easiest to navigate
- To add an item to the shopping cart, simply drag it to the shopping bag in grid and list views or click "Add to Bag" in table view
- Items in your shopping bag will stay there for 30+ days after you log out so you can pick up right where you left off
- Clicking an item will open a detailed description of the item
- MSRP is listed in each item's description and the discounted price is only for online purchases
- Enter your coupon code in the shopping bag to see your net cost
- Enter coupon code "PAID" if you are paying for your purchase online (PayPal, credit card, business check)
