Warranty Returns:

Defective parts must have a return authorization number issued by ALTEC and be received within thirty (30) days of shipment date of the replacement part.  ALTEC will bear the cost of shipping of the defective parts as long as the Purchaser cooperates in employing a carrier nominated by ALTEC, and in checking to see if ALTEC wants the goods insured for shipment.  "Freight collect" deliveries will not be accepted.

For a full description of our warranty policy, please consult the terms and conditions attached to the Order Confirmation of the equipment you purchased.  The following is our standard warranty. 

Non-Warranty Returns:

Please call to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number within 7 days of receipt prior to returning merchandise, returns WILL NOT be accepted without one. Twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee applies to all returns.

We reserve the right to reject returns of the following:

• Electronics
• Special orders
• Parts that have been installed or modified

Parts returned must be in ready-to-sell condition: clean, in their original packaging and with original literature.
