Warranty Returns:
Defective parts must have a return authorization number issued by ALTEC and be received within thirty (30) days of shipment date of the replacement part. ALTEC will bear the cost of shipping of the defective parts as long as the Purchaser cooperates in employing a carrier nominated by ALTEC, and in checking to see if ALTEC wants the goods insured for shipment. "Freight collect" deliveries will not be accepted.

Please call to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number within 7 days of receipt prior to returning merchandise, returns WILL NOT be accepted without one. Twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee applies to all returns.

Warranty on New Parts:
ALTEC will extend the manufacturer’s warranty on parts purchased from ALTEC. However, at a minimum, ALTEC warrants parts for 60 days or 350 hours. Click here for our complete General Conditions on parts.
